About the event
This drum circle is an opportunity to come together in rhythm, connection, and shared energy. Drumming is a powerful and grounding experience that allows us to step out of the busyness of daily life and into the simple joy of creating sound together.
You do not need any musical experience to take part - this is a relaxed and supportive space where everyone is welcome. The focus is not on performance, but on expression, connection, and enjoying the rhythm as a group.
During the session, we will explore simple rhythms, collective drumming, and moments of listening and connection as the energy of the circle builds naturally.
Drumming together can be uplifting, energising, and deeply grounding.
