Inner Child Drumming Workshop

This workshop is a gentle invitation to begin - or deepen - a relationship with your inner child/young parts.

Many of our patterns and emotional responses. and beliefs about ourselves were formed in our early years. Often, these younger parts of us are still quietly influencing how we feel, connect, and move through the world. Rather than trying to "fix" anything, this space is about meeting those parts of yourself with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Through guided reflection and simple, supportive practices, you'll begin to open a dialogue with your inner child - learning how to listen, respond, and build trust within yourself.

Alongside this, we'll work with the drum's rhythm.

Drumming offers a powerful, non-verbal way to connect with your body and emotions. It can help regulate the nervous system, gently release stored feelings, and create a sense of grounding and presence.
