Join me for a deeply relaxing and grounding sound bath designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for rest and self-connection.

Throughout the session, you will be immersed in a rich tapestry of sound created by crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, a shamanic drum, gongs, and other instruments.

The gentle vibrations and rhythms of these instruments invite you to slow down, release tension, and settle into a place of inner stillness.

This is not a performance or something you need to participate in actively. Get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be carried by the sounds.
