About the event
This women's circle is a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women. In our busy lives, we rarely permit ourselves to slow down and be truly heard. This circle offers a supportive environment where you can come as you are.
Together we will gather in a small group to share, listen, and reflect.
There is no pressure to speak - you are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
The intention is to create a space of respect, confidentiality, and compassion where every woman's experience is honoured.
Each circle may include guided reflection, open sharing, and quiet moments to ground and reconnect.
No experience is needed - bring yourself.
