About the event
In the busyness of everyday life, many women find themselves holding space for everyone except themselves.
Our women's circle offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your inner world and experience the power of gathering in community with other women.
Through guided meditation, reflective exercises, sharing circles and gentle practices, we create a safe and welcoming environment where you can be yourself.
There is no pressure to speak, perform or have everything figured out. Whether you arrive feeling joyful, overwhelmed, curious or uncertain. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Together, we explore themes of self-discovery, personal growth, empowerment, and emotional well-being, while honouring the unique journey of every woman present.
