Women's Circle

In a world that asks so much of us, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves. Our Women's Circle is an opportunity to slow down, step away from the noise, and gather in a supportive space with other women.

Together we explore the themes that shape our lives - relationships, self-worth, boundaries, identity, grief, joy, change, and everything in between.

There is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable.

Some women come to speak; others simply come to listen.

Both are equally welcome.

Each circle is thoughtfully facilitated and may include guided reflection, gentle practices, journalling, or meaningful discussion.
