April

As we step into April, I'm opening the door to something deeply nurturing, honest, and transformative... Inner Child Work.

This month, across my socials, I'll gently guide you on a journey to reconnect with the parts of you that may have been overlooked, unheard, or carrying more than they should.

This isn't about going backwards or getting stuck in the past. It's about freeing yourself.

What to expect this month:

Week 1 - Awareness

We'll begin by exploring why we often resist inner child work and how to recognise when your inner child is calling for your attention.

You might notice patterns like strong reactions, feeling stuck, or replaying old stories.

Week 2 - Recognising Patterns

Together we'll look at how past experiences can quietly shape your present - in relationships, self-worth, and everyday behaviours.

Awareness here is powerful... because once you see it, you can begin to shift it.

Week 3 - Gentle Healing & Somatic Practices

This is where we soften.

You'll be introduced to simple, nurturing practices - grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and journaling prompts - to help you feel safe in your body while connecting with your younger self.

Week 4 - Integration & Self-Compassion

We'll bring it all together with compassion.

You'll begin to notice the small but meaningful signs of healing - more kindness toward yourself, less overwhelm, and a deeper sense of inner safety.

Throughout the month, I'll be sharing:

Short videos

Reflective prompts

Gentle practices you can try at home

Posts to help you recognise patterns and progress

Polls and questions to help you connect more deeply with yourself

And most importantly... reminders that you don't have to do this all at once.

This work is slow, safe, and led by you.

This month is also a warm-up to something really special...

On 9th May, I'll be holding an Inner Child & Drum Workshop - a space to connect, release, and nurture yourself in a supportive, held environment.

If you've been feeling the nudge to come back to yourself... this is your invitation.

No pressure. No overwhelm. Just small, compassionate steps back home to you.

With warmth,

Caroline x

Change

You are not failing. You are in a cycle. This month, I have been reflecting on change. Not the glossy kind. Not the "new year, new me" kind. The real kind. The kind that takes you offline. In my own l
